And I know of only one vessel…

Regardless of our age, ability  or station in life, in one way or another, we influence each other.

Some for the good.  Some for the bad.  Some just comme ci comme ca; a little of both.  

All compelled by our choices. 

With an open set of eyes and ears – along with the heart and mind to go along with it – we are bound to learn at least a few things.

Some may resonate so that we  might want to try them out for ourselves.

Some might be better saved for a another time and place

Others, so patently wrong from the git go, that they are dropped on contact.

Yet wherever they end up in our grand scheme of things, they forever remain.

As lessons.

Now you may have noticed that I have grown quite fond of referring to the “mass” of things.




While it may seem odd to consider this subject – life’s collection of lessons –  in this fashion, they too have their own unique physical quality, character and force.


And at the risk of offending those better suited to comment,  speaking from my limited physics background, this “matter ” as we created it, really cannot be destroyed.

So it is incumbent on us to take great care in what we do with it.

All of this “matter” – matters.

Both in terms of ourselves – and – others.

As we are each an aggregate – the accumulation of our life’s experiences and all of the individuals that provided them – we have quite a lot of mass.

Born of our choices.  Leading to the lessons earned as well as learned.

What worked.  And what didn’t.

And with mass comes attraction – or – repulsion.


And I know of only one vessel that can hold, transport and deliver influence:
